Steeped in extraordinary history and rising to over fourteen hundred feet above sea level, the Rock of Gibraltar stands proud at the southernmost tip of continental Europe.

With Spain at its northern border, and just fourteen miles of Mediterranean Sea separating it from Morocco to the south and the continent of Africa beyond.

Gibraltar's "work hard, play hard" ethos is well served by a benign climate that affords up to three hundred days of sunshine each year and encourages all manner of outdoor activities, such as sailing, water-skiing, swimming and snorkelling off any one of the three main beaches.

Hiking, and for the more adventurous, rock climbing, scuba diving and of course, given the proximity of the Straits of Gibraltar and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, deep sea fishing. Yacht owners can take advantage of the berthing facilities in Gibraltar’s two main marinas, one of these forming part of the multi award winning Ocean Village development comprising three blocks of luxury apartments with extensive communal pool facilities, and in addition to this, various restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a licensed Casino and restaurant complex.

In addition to this, an irresistible attraction for many residents lies just across the frontier with neighbouring Spain. Perhaps the most iconic of all the country's regions, the vast, surprisingly at times, seemingly undiscovered panorama of Andalucía. Of course many cross the border in search of a secluded spot somewhere along the three hundred miles of coastline (less secluded but a “Mecca” for Wind and Kite surfing enthusiasts the world over, are the windblown beaches of the Costa de La Luz, beginning at Tarifa, a mere half hour's car journey from the frontier) or to play one of the fifty odd international, and again in some cases, award winning golf courses.

Gibraltar is little more than a two and a half flight from the UK, with direct services to Gibraltar from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Liverpool or flights from across the UK and Europe to neighbouring Malaga only an hours car journey away.

We look forward to welcoming you to our shores in the very near future!
